Refund Policy
1. Try before you buy
Video Tagger includes a 7-day trial with no card required. We strongly recommend trying the app on a small folder first to confirm it works for your library and your media server before purchasing a Pro license.
2. 14-day refund window
If you purchased a Pro license and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing support@duijiaozhen.com with the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. After a refund
Once a refund is approved, you should stop using the associated Pro license. Technical revocation behavior depends on the license system in effect at the time of purchase. If your trial period is still active, you may continue using the trial until it expires.
5. Outside the refund window
Refunds may still be considered on a case-by-case basis outside the standard window — for example, if you encounter an unresolved bug that prevents normal use. Email support@duijiaozhen.com to discuss.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we'd like the chance to make it right before a chargeback is filed.
