Refund Policy
1. Try before you buy
The Free tier of Video Tagger is available to everyone with no card required. We strongly recommend trying the Free tier on a small folder first to confirm the app works for your library and your media server before purchasing a Pro license.
2. 14-day refund window
If you purchased a Pro license and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing support@duijiaozhen.com with the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the associated Pro license is deactivated. You may continue using the Free tier under its standard limits.
5. Outside the refund window
Refunds may still be considered on a case-by-case basis outside the standard window — for example, if you encounter an unresolved bug that prevents normal use. Email support@duijiaozhen.com to discuss.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we'd like the chance to make it right before a chargeback is filed.
